I’m a catalyst, a co-creator, a coach, a consultant, a curator, a consigliere (for the good fight), a cheerleader, and a confidant.
For 35 years, my professional focus has centered creativity, leadership, and innovation.
My way has been one of the embodied edgedweller. I live to explore, pushing my limits physically, aesthetically, and conceptually. And, then, I love to share my discoveries, opening new doors for others.
I’m confident, queer, and gentle. Because I’ve spent so much time searching for flickers of light in the dark recesses of ambiguity, I’m super comfortable holding space for you as you clear blockages, identify alternate routes, and venture forth.
I’m grounded, calm, and patient, but ask probing questions to help facilitate your growth, achieve your potential, and own your uniqueness.
I’m adept at change and accepting the processes of mind, body, and spirit.

My approach to coaching came about in a very organic way.
It stems from my teaching “New Ventures” to graduate level arts administration students these last ten years. I added in thinking and resources from the executive education programs I’ve attended at Harvard Business School and Stanford Graduate School for Business, I filtered it through the racial reckoning and decolonizing awarenesses that gained wider attention these last years, and then I included some of the thinkers who’ve most influenced me during my career in the creative industries for the last 35 years.
What it is:
A twelve module program
With each module you’ll receive materials (readings, videos, podcasts, etc) to review and reflect upon, provoke curiosity, provide inspiration as well as a series of prompts, questions, and exercises to complete
Regularly scheduled check-in calls to share progress, ask questions, be witnessed, practice accountability
What we explore:
Start: Identify who you are (and choose to be) in the world.
Somatics: Identify your shape, your power, your privilege. Investigate your priorities.
Story: Rewrite your story centering your transformations, growth, and aliveness.
Strengths: Identify and assess your unique strengths.
Values: Identify your values and the degree to which they guide your actions, behaviors, and life.
Vision: Begin to articulate the future you're building toward and your unique impact.
Structure: Begin to articulate how you show up in the world and what solidarity feels like to you.
Purpose: Articulate your purpose, your "why", that honors both your contributions AND your impact.
Emergence: Create personal support systems to identify progress, growth, and change toward goals.
Reciprocity: Assess your networks and social capital.
Resilience: Ensure your support systems are holistic, responsive, and adaptive.
Flow: Identify ways to cultivate more flow in your life and in your communities.
